Following poor service from the move manager that was allocated to the purchase who left without informing us, we were allocated Reena Boughan. Reena was a real breath of fresh air. She pulled the purchase around extremely quickly and we managed to complete in just over two weeks of her taking over. She was extremely polite, professional and nothing was too much trouble. Her communication skills are excellent. She is a most certainly an attribute to the company and a pleasure to deal with.

I can see some positive reviews in respect of this branch and members of the staff within it. I have to concur that my dealings with Emma Hart and more so Natalie Adkin have been great. Both are a credit to Manning Stainton and regardless of if you are buying or selling with them seem to give their all, listen and care about people. I am just glad Natalie was on hand to save the day when our vendor and the move manager Fiona Blackburn were unreliable and unhelpful.
