We were kept in the loop at all times and they really went the extra mile for us..I would recommend them and thank them for having loads of patience with us and telling us to ring them any time we never felt we were a pain but I'm sure we were!

A complex sale!

Sandra and team helped sell my property at 6 Farnham Close recently. What should have been a straight forward sale to cash buyers with no chain became unbelievably complex due to financial issues created by my ex husband that postponed & hugely complicated the sale completion. Sandra was really supportive throughout. In particular I really valued her help and intervention when the risk of losing the buyers was at its peak. I would go as far as saying that without Sandra acting as go between, I would have lost my buyers. So I am extremely grateful to Sandra for that. Overall, the team have been efficient in managing the process of my sale and it has been a pleasant experience having you as my agents. I would certainly recommend you to others. An area I felt could have been improved was the photographs used for my sale particulars. I actually ended up asking you to use some of my own photographs instead of those you took as I thought the quality was better. Photo quality was really important to me as I know many people these days search via the internet. I was also happy with the valuation process and advise given prior to listing my home for sale by James. It felt it was helpful and honest advise and was ultimately the main reason that I chose to list with you over other agents I considered. Thank you all for all you did to help sell my house.
