From Shaheen Rajabali getting the brief on point, being enthusiastic and punctual for every viewing along with being very easy to contact if I had any questions. She was also incredibly flexible working around my schedule to do viewings even at short notice. Andrew Bilby also provided fantastic support throughout the process being a fantastic point of call dealing with all parties Involved on my behalf to make the transaction smooth and seamless. If I needed anything printed, dealt with he was on it. Excellent communication and so easy to get hold of any time I had a query. Absolutely blown away by the stellar service of Gemma Greasley. We were relocating from the US, dealing with time differences, pets etc- and she made the entire process efficient and seemingly effortless. Moving is challenging but her lovely personality and resourcefulness shone through. She was the ONLY estate agent, who replied fast and contacted us via What's app additionally to e-mail- catching on that we were doing this remotely from the US. She sent a detailed walk- through-video- (with a REAL lens not a fish eye that distorts the dimensions), guided us through the forms and being an advocate when it came to finding something that was pet friendly.
