I'd just like to take a moment to praise your Sales progression team - Clare up until the point she happily went on holiday was very helpful in dealing with the vagaries of the chain and conflicting interests - kept me informed and up to date on everything happening. I also want to make a special mention of Saphire - she really went over and above for us to get this completed. She has had to be unbelievably tenacious and energetic with a large slice of relentless pursuit thrown in to push everyone to the exchange. After filling out the online form for a number of estate agents in the Croydon area, Jenny from Streets Ahead was one of the only agents to call me to discuss my needs. I always received daily updates of properties coming on the market and if I was interested in an early viewing. The service from Jenny was always the best. I think the other estate agents can learn alot from Jenny's customer service skills. Jenny has been very helpful and I would definitely recommend Streets Ahead to anyone.

As a buyer I've never been more impressed by estate agents and can genuinely say they're trustworthy and work hard for both parties. For reasons unrelated to the estate agent (me) my purchase was a difficult process, but Marina Streel and Courtney Brown were patient, understanding and polite. And when I needed access to the property they were helpful too. I never leave reviews, but these two deserve it.

@ Ricardo - Excellent customer services throughout the whole process in regards to my newly rented accommodation. Ricardo was very patient with me i.e. I was first interested in a place way back in December of 2015. Ricardo arranged multiple viewings but in the end, I did not take up a place at that time. I contacted Ricardo about 3 weeks ago and he was still enthusiastic as before! In the end, he helped me secure such a lovely place in Croydon (best place I have ever lived in!).
