Emma Mckenzie and George Barnes the Lettings Consultant who handled my case is a gold bar! Knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and down to earth. I moved into a rented one bed apartment through Street Aheads. This estate agent has got plenty of options in the Croydon area and could offer me multiple viewings on a single day..saving me time. My lettings negotiator for the flat was Alexandra Brown and was truly brilliant in closing the deal for me. She could negotiate the ask from my end with the landlord and helped me through the process and handed over my case to her lettings progressor Emma Mckenzie. Emma was again very helpful and the best thing about her was the swiftness of her responses and she is helping me till date with anything related to the flat (even though they dont manage the property i moved in). I did experience some surprises wrt my move in dates as they were moved ahead and that's when the Lettings Manager Kunal stepped in and made sure things were as fair as possible for me. Overall Kudos to Alexandra, Emma and Kunal for their help and expect the same level of service going forward.
