Thank you to Harry who was extremely proactive in finding us our new home! Despite an initial hiccup out of his control he continuously made sure to find us new options with a great sense of urgency. We weren’t able to physically see our new home during this pandemic until move in - which for us was a gamble we were willing to take due to our circumstances. However, it truly did pay off. We ended up in a beautiful home which was more than what we had expected.

Gemma was the agent who helped us through viewing our first flat and I have to say she was very helpful and professional. She gave us all the information about referencing and how we would go about making an offer on the property. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the property and others in the area. She honestly was just really on it, organised and well prepared! She made it so easy to keep in contact and give us the info we needed.
