So disappointed
Was due to view a house at 12 but ran slightly late due to my one year old. Arrived at 12.10 and parked the car. Didnt contact estate agent as was advised it was an open house between 12 and 1pm. House was locked and there was no sign of anyone. Tried knocking again and to enter through garden. Called estate agent at 12.14. They advised they had been and gone already! They must have waited less than ten minutes. Had my contact details but did not contact me. Advised it wasnt an open house. Asked for number and said would call me back. Two minutes later they called to say colleague was now back in the office (at 12.18) and they could not rearrange a viewing today. Very unhelpful. Terrible customer service. No apology. No offer to resolve situation. Will be using another agent to buy and sell.
