My experience with belvior has been great. Their staff are all very nice and cooperative and supportive. This is my first house in the Uk and my also my first experience with Belvior. I was worried about searching the housing but the Belvior staff solved my all problems.

I was desperately in need of an apartment to rent, I'd visited a lot of agencies, and even when it was obvious that they had accommodation, they still refused renting to me. In the course of my search, I stumbled upon Belvoir's website, and I just did the routine thing of enquiring about a flat in the heart of the town, and I was invited for a viewing, I went and instantly fell in love with the place. I was really sceptical about the agency renting me the flat, but was shocked when she said if I liked it, then they would rent it to me. We started the procedure and I was given the keys after due checks were carried out and the deposit paid. To me, BELVOIR is outstanding, I am speaking from experience, to top it up, I'm enjoying my flat. If you need an agency without prejudice, then it's definitely BELVOIR you should be contacting. I give them a 5☆ because they merit it. Sheila.

Put the full handling of the property in their hands which has given me a trouble free experience in interviewing potential tenants , finding a suitable tenant and securing of the same, dealing with all documentation. I look forward to seeing how things progress from here.
