He's extremely efficient, helped me organise the refurbishment of the flat, gave me sound advice and was always available to deal with my queries. Once the flat was ready to let, he had an open house and found me new tenants straight away. I'd also like to mention the excellent service I've received from Natalie Bayford and Tracey Miles over the years, who have been managing my other properties.
