Unfortunately we were unlucky with a tenant messing us around at the last minute upon move in which delayed the process but all in all we find the team at Livermores great to deal with. Ray Shukla was our contact on the marketing side. He was very helpful and achieved us a higher rent than we had anticipated. Both Natalie Bayford and Tracey Miles on the management side are always quick to respond and worked in our best interests at all times.

I recently was looking to move out of London to Dartford and ended up renting a property through Livermores. The lettings manager Ray was exceptional in ensuring that my referencing was completed quickly and efficiently and enabling me to move into the property in time for Christmas.

I sold my house through the Livermores Estate Agents, Dartford Branch. Once I had accepted the offer from the buyer my account was handled by Liz Payne. I am sure she will not mind me saying that she has a wealth of experience which she used to answer any questions or concerns I had throughout the entire process. Very professional at all times and was a great help in making the entire experience as stress free as it is possible to be when selling and buying properties.

Rented a flat in Dartford for over 3 years through Livermores. Experienced some problems with the building and after a lot of frustration had the pleasure of working with Stacy who was very helpful, on the ball and managed to achieve results.

Everything really good but lack of communication and help from them. Reported all problems when we moved in and year later still without half of radiators. High bills and low temperature in the flat. I hope communication will improve after my opinion or we will be forced to fix it ourselves and send the company a bill.

Staff on the phone before were fine but when we attended the viewing, another viewer was allowed to barge his way in after we went in for our appointment. We weren't asked if we were ok with it and we weren't told it was an open day if it was. I was asked for my name but he wasn't asked, the estate agent probably assumed that he was with us when he wasn't. I saw a couple arrive after we left so it should have been one at a time. Estate agent doing the viewing came across as unprofessional and defensive when we asked questions. I only asked about the wire in the lounge and was asked if this was my first viewing. I asked gently why the walls appeared discoloured and was told "I am the estate agent, I don't live here. You are aware it's not a rental, you can paint over it." Would not want to deal with them again.
