Ray Shukla was fantastic in getting contractors to carry out maintenance and then monitored them to to ensure it was done to a good level.. Ray kept me informed and sent me photos.. He also got tenants that moved in pretty much as soon as the work was completed. Thank you Ray for your efficiency and involvement.
