I phoned Ainsworth Lord Estates earlier in the year. My rental property (mis-manged by another local agent) had been trashed and I wanted to sell it. Within an hour of the call, Anthony had picked up the keys, visited the property and sent me photos. He arranged for the necessary (and significant) work to bring the property up to standard using his contractors at a reasonable price. The property was quickly on the market and we received an asking price offer the same day. I live in London and Anthony has kept an eye of the property up to the point of sale and helped with any issues arising. I can't recommend enough.

Me and my partner have just moved out of our flat rented by Ainsworth Lord Estates. We’ve had the most wonderful experience with them. From the moment we were shown around, to the very end where Verity helped us find somewhere new, even though she didn’t have to as we weren’t reusing this estate agents (only for the fact that we were moving into an area where they don’t rent out homes). Verity Holmes has gone absolutely above and beyond for us, we were meant to move out sooner but the house we were meant to move into fell through and Verity cancelled our notice period for us and allowed us back until we found somewhere new. Verity Holmes is extremely professional and helpful whenever. As it was our first time moving out as a young couple, we didn’t set up our electric properly and Verity guided us how to set it up and helped us get it back up and running, again she didn’t have to help us with this as it’s nothing to do with her, but she still helped us. Thank you so much for everything you’ve done for us, we couldn’t recommend you more.
