After using a few different property agents in Darwen, I found Ainsworth Lord Estates to be the most efficient with how they market and source buyers for my property with this company there really is no bull, they do exactly what they promise from the outset. The details about the property description with images were online within 24hours from instruction, Connor did amazing work on the images, great guy very approachable and knowledgable. Harold is a great asset to the business, he did an excellent job showing my property to protential buyers and secured an offer on my house within no time, such a charming man and knows how to show all the positives about my property on offer 😁 Dewi is a great guy to deal with, very professional and efficient giving weekly updates on the sale progression 👍 I also found when visiting the branch several times during my sale that the other staff members were very welcoming Paul & Debra, Verity and Christine. We came to Ainsworth Lord Estates to sell my mothers house following a rather bad experience with another agent in Town. The first thing that surprised me was how nice the people in the office were. Of all the other agents we went visited, it was the friendliness, professionalism and expert commentary that made me decide to advise my mother to use these fabulous people. So far, a sale has been agreed and everything has progressed nicely. My mother’s house should complete soon. An excellent job and I’m so pleased we called in to see them.
