Good service

I found verity and deborah very good, they moved me into my flat quickly and the communication was good, there was a problem on moving day but this wasn't their fault and it was quickly rectified so I was happy, i would use them again thanks

Everyone that I have spoken to has been very helpful, friendly and informative. Verity has been dealing with my property and has gone out of her way to ensure I can move in as hassle free as possible and made me feel like it wasn't a problem at all.

Lovely

Both Deborah and Verity have been so nice and made the whole process from start to end of application so easy and stress free. Always on hand to help and advice on all aspects of the moving process. Professional

I found Verity and the team in the office very professional and friendly, they moved me into a property within a few weeks and it was hassle free they helped me with the forms and moving in was simple and easy. There was some jobs that needed to be done in the house and this was done before I moved in. I would highly recommend

Super!

I've just got my first rented house through Verity at ainsworth-lords estates. She made the experience very easy for me. Very polite, bubbly and easy to talk to, always smiling, everything was explained perfectly, all meetings where on time and all aspects covered. My experience was absolutely hassle free so I would definitely use verity and ainsworth lords estates again and would recommend them. Very good.

Lovely!!

I recently let a property through ALE. The team where very professional, they arranged a viewing on a property on a Monday afternoon and I moved in to that property on the Friday morning ! Verity who I dealt with was very organised, had all the paperwork ready for me to sign etc. Cannot recommend ALE highly enough and they even return your calls when they say they are going too !!!!!

It has been a pleasure to work with verity after having a bad experience with another local agent, she has been helpful in getting local tradesmen to do the work that has been needed to be done and found a Tennant within a week, she is always polite and very helpful

Great service

The letting process was a professional service from start to finish. It didn't take long before the house was let with some thorough background checks undertaken to provide some reassurance that it should go well. Verity handled the process very well and kept us informed of progress at every stage
