Couldn’t select 4.5. Better than 4/5 but not quite 5/5 Staff I dealt with were very helpful, meetings at the property were on time and didn’t feel rushed. Only minor suggestion would be to review mailing list for new properties after contract has been agreed to pause the new property updates until 6-8 weeks before the scheduled end of current agreement.

Regularly update with relevant properties the emails can get tedious but with how quickly property is moving at the moment it has proven helpful.

Great service and support throughout my tenancy. Chris Allison has been brilliant and helped out repeatedly when needed. One star minus, only because of the very strict check out inspection criteria which to my eyes were a bit excessive given the circumstances - after 22 years on rent never had to pay for any arrears on a property up to now - but it is what it is. I would definitely recommend their services for all your future tenancy needs.
