Excellent service throughout, one of few agencies who called back promptly and arranged viewings in a short time scale. Telephone queries were dealt with promptly and the process was very smooth.

We had a problem with our immersion heater not producing any hot water. Cope & Co sent a contractor out to our property promptly and were efficient at getting us sorted! Very pleased with the service.
