Unprofessional, unreliable

Travelling a considerable distance to view a property - the viewing had been confirmed by email - I found nobody to show me at the appointed time. after waiting 15 minutes on telephoning to query why a man in the office was dismissive and unhelpful. The woman responsible phoned after 45 minutes to apologise for her mistake, and this was followed by a call from the branch manager. In normal circumstances I would have accepted the apology but the attitude and lack of any concern for customers obvious from my first contact with Haarts Derby renders anything they say without value to me.. If I could rate 'no star' i would. This i write with regret having had good experiences with other branches.
