Due to my new job, the move from south to west yorkshire was stressful enough and trying to find somewhere was put off for as long as possible because of previous estate agents. I had missed countless flats by being mismanaged. However, Whitegates in Dewsbury is quite an exception! Upon hearing about my circumstances they picked two suitable properties to be viewed within the week - back to back. I viewed them both and picked. I sent an email and left a message showing interest which was picked up the following day (during the week) and I was invited in as soon as possible to start the paperwork. With each stage explained, paperwork was provided as the staff explained the stages and what to be expected. Other companies who oversee your references and credit checks where also great. If you get the requested information and do so quickly Whitegates, Dewsbury can work their magic! They don't drag their feet and if external companies do they will tell you in daily/weekly updates. They even chase up those companies. The staff are always pleasant and happy to explain the complicated world of property. I was lucky enough to move in just before Christmas and concentrate on my new job knowing I had a home to go too. I can't thank Sarah and Nicola enough!

Everyone I've met have been professional, courteous, friendly and obliging. They have looked after me very well regarding letting a property and managing it. Rents are received promptly. If you are looking for an agent in this area, I highly recommend using them.
