Unknown Viewers

I put my property with In House on 2nd September 2021. Over the course of 4 days there were 10 viewers. I had asked for only proceedable buyers but when the negotiators were asked who the people were they admitted that some were not even on the market but if they were interested they would put their house up for sale (with them I suspect). I cancelled the agreement within the 14 days allowed and paid a fee to do so. I still do not know who viewed the house as their list of people differed to mine. When I cancelled I was assured that they would cease marketing my property and had 'diarised' removing my details. Four days after this I passed their window display and my home was still in the window.
