I paid 150£ when I start aplication for rent ,they cancel my application and they don’t want to give back my money ,sh**t agency ever !!

Absolutely appalling. My husband and I applied for a property for it to take 3 weeks to process and eventually get back to us to say we hasn’t been successful after paying a holding deposit that they are refusing to refund. They have things written in their contracts that their staff members are misinformed about. Making us look stupid as applicants when we call to dispute it. Extremely disappointed with the service they provide and I will be taking it further if my refund isn’t processed.

It took you over two weeks to let us know that application wasn't successful for whatever reason. I can't afford 150 just to apply for a house. It's disgraceful to make money this way. The worst estate agent in Doncaster. You turn down offers on behalf of vendors and you don't get back to people so you can allow for more time to get higher offers in. My husband made an offer on on a property only to be told 3 weeks later it has sold at the price we had actually offered! We lost out because you didn't get back to us. Encouraging gazumping, turning down offers and generally lying about the status of a property gives a clear message about your teams morals and trustworthiness. You should work for both vendor and buyer but it seems as though you are just after the commission. On top of that, it's impossible to get through to the sales team, it is only the letting team that ever answer the phone.

Worst estate agent I have ever dealt with put numerous offers in on houses, they never bother to get back to you and appear to actively encourage gazumping.
