Slow on getting in property to size things up .

**** HIGHLY AVOID!!!!

Have been a tenant of Whitegates for around 5 years now and just feel like as tenants we're always the last concern. Currently been sitting without any sort of water supply for around 30 hours - there's no emergency number so if you get an emergency issue you're stuck using a useless AI system that doesn't actually get you help. Issues are usually really slow to be resolved - We've had 4 months to repair a boiler, 6 weeks to repair a shower, weeks to replace the boiler when it finally broke. Each time we're left struggling without critical home systems for weeks on end - or they'll phone the wrong number after specifically giving them another meaning you're delayed in getting your repairs done. I just can't give them better than a 1* rating based on the above, which is a shame.

Worst agency ever! I had an appointment to wiew one property and because of traffic I couldn't get on time I text the agent to wait me 5 minutes and when I arrived she didn't answer the phone! 😡 …
