Lois and her team were recommended by a friend and what a recommendation it was. We were selling my late mother’s property and didn’t have a lot of information about the property, however Lois was fantastic, every step of the way she has helped up and guided us and made the house sale so much smoother than we thought it would be. She set expectations and timescales for us preempting every step of the journey and letting us know what would be happening next We didn’t meet with any other estate agents as they impressed us that much and there never a time in our journey that I wished that we had gone with anybody else. From the initial contact to completion I have been wowed by the dedication and care that Lois and her team have provided us.
