I had the pleasure of working with Victoria when enquiring about a rental property advertised on the Moss property website. From the very beginning, Victoria was professional, responsive, and attentive to my needs. She went above and beyond to make sure that I could view the property on the day that I enquired. Victoria had incredibly knowledgable about the property, she was able to answer all of my questions, this helped me to make informed decisions quickly. She was also always available to answer my questions over the phone. Victoria went above and beyond to ensure that the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. We managed to get the keys for the property in just under a week because of the effort she put in. Victoria often met us at the house on evenings, meaning she would finish work late. She always put our needs first and this was hugely appreciated. What stood out to me the most is that I felt like Victoria genuinely cared for us and our rental journey. On the day that we got the keys, Victoria had brought us some thoughtful housewarming gifts which made the moment even more special.
