I have been in the market for a new rental property for a while. After countless calls and viewings contacted Moss Properties and spoke to Lee-Ann who was so polite, listened carefully to my wants and even suggested she put me on a list to be notified of other possible matches (weirdly enough no other agent has asked to help this way). Before Lee-Ann sent me her initial email her collegue Nicole Van Veen was on the phone with me picking up where Lee-Ann left off and getting things arranged. Nicole was again very nice and patient and pushed my application forward. Even when I didnt get her email she called to followup and got the ball rolling again. Even if I dont end up renting with them the experience was lovely and would definitely recommend them to others. Great service, attention to customers needs and extremely polite, quick and efficient. The process was completely online which I really appreciate in this pandemic and made moving from one area to the other so much less stressful and doable. I had an issue with my kitchen sink and it was sorted the next day! Priority home services came to fix it, and the gentleman was ever so quick and sorted the issue straight away and was really nice.
