The agency is not great…because I reported issue with my flat for 3 month without an answer. Then I meet the best agent ever ! Her name is Cherylin Botha she fixed all the issue in a week ! It was the Christmas holiday week, it was really hard to have someone to fix the issue in my flat but she did it! I really think Cherylin deserves to be a manager! She is really helpful and always there . (Even when she was sick). I’m glad my agency got an agent like her. She is amazing! My 5 stars are just for her!

I booked a viewing with Rhiane, she was so lovely showed me round the property and answered my questions. Even when I had finished the viewing and was sat at home and a question popped into my head, she is their to answer any queries that myself or my partner has anytime of day. 100% would definitely reccomend.

Very easy to deal with. Professional and Cherylin in particular was super helpful. We had been given notice from our landlords they were selling their property and we needed to find a new home quickly and Cherylin from the first phone call we made to discuss the house we now rent was amazing and understood the pace we were looking to work at. She helped with us obtain the keys earlier than usual and arrange our move in dates. She kept us up to date and informed of everything along the way.
