They both made the process really easy and were available to answer questions whenever we needed them. Jackson Stops is a wonderful agency with incredible staff, especially Lucy. She was so professional but also kind and patient. She sold us our dream home and we will be eternally grateful to her. It was not plain sailing but she was amazing all the way through what ended up being quite a long process. She checked in with us making sure we were okay and went above and beyond what other agents in other agencies would have done. There is no game playing with these guys, they are a cut above the rest as far as we are concerned. Darrell was also amazing, very helpful and genuine. And after all their hard work, they were the ones who sent us a gift which was so lovely and unexpected. We cannot rate them highly enough and if there is anyone else out there, looking to buy in this location, I would highly recommend Jackson Stops and ask for Lucy or Darrell, you will be in excellent hands.

In 2020 there were many estate agents that were either closed or whose remote working systems were so poor that they might as well have been. Jackson Stopps were fully manned (and womenned?) from May 2020 onward. They seemed to be selling everything they had, so choosing them to represent me was easy. They got me under offer and then sold, bringing in people from Surrey and London. I would use them again without hesitation. BTW I should also add that they called me twice after moving to see that I had settled in ok, that is attention to detail.

Jackson Stops were the selling agents of the property we purchased recently in Dorking. I can honestly say that without the efforts of Chris Fairclough and the Dorking office team, I doubt whether the purchase would ever have gone through. They were 'on the case' every step of the way and found a way round all the hiccups that cropped up. I have no plans to move again for a few years but if we ever sell, I'll be doing it through Jackson Stops!
