From our first meeting with Darrell and subsequent dealings with Lucy, David, Chris, Nicki and Raine, we cannot speak highly enough about the professionalism and enthusiasm of the Dorking team. The valuation was very realistic and the most accurate compared to other estate agents. They took time to understand our property so that they were well informed when purchasers asked questions. Communication was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Overall, a very positive experience!

Thanks to Lucy and Darrell at Jackson Stops in Dorking we brought our family home with very little stress. They both made the process really easy and were available to answer questions whenever we needed them. Jackson Stops is a wonderful agency with incredible staff, especially Lucy. She was so professional but also kind and patient. She sold us our dream home and we will be eternally grateful to her. We sold our house via the Dorking office and throughout the process dealt with the majority of the team - all of whom were delightful to deal with. Extra thanks must go to Chris, for playing a pivotal role during exchange and completion. His professionalism was exemplary and he worked tirelessly with all other agents involved in a particularly long chain. I would strongly recommend Jackson-Stops. They have a very professional yet warm & friendly approach, they work well with all the various stakeholders including the solicitors, and generally make the whole process quite pain-free. They were very helpful in both the Sale of our old house and also in the purchase of the new house. In particular, I would single out Chris Fairclough, who went above and beyond on several occasions. We had an issue with the first part of the chain, which had a knock-on effect on the potential sale of our house, and Chris played a very hands-on role throughout a very stressful timeframe. Everything went smoothly on completion day.
