Belvoir rents out properties to individuals or families without bias, irrespective of race, ethnicity or color. Belvoir is very inclusive. These properties for let are also in good areas, rhey are maintained as at when fue and are in very good conditions.

They are so helpful and responsive for my questionssss and issuesss. The property issue report system is brilliant and I always get quick response. I give you 4 stars as your Company always organises my apartment and find me new tenants when required. However I was surprised to find that after seeing variuos photos taken of the kitchen after the last tennant, there were more marks/scratches etc on some of the kitchen cupboards that i didn't know about. I realise also that as its a rental property some of this surface damage is to be expected.

Amazing, getting a new boiler fitted as old one is finished. Been with Belvoir almost ten years, no complaints, very efficient in dealing with an issues in the house, friendly and helpful.
