Excellent customer service
Kieron Ayres has helped me with my last 3 properties in Dunstable over the last 5 years. He always works hard and is always available to help me if I need it. Without Kieron me and my partner would have struggled to find a property just before Christmas.

Reliable,trustworthy,effecient .and recommendable to all Landlords/Landladies
LENWELL has provided an efficient satisfactory service fulfilling my wishes as a landlady for more than a decade The staff in Lenwell whether in Dunstable or Luton are genuinely committed in finding appropriate tenants as well as managing the property to the best of their ability.It's a relief to know that your agent cares for your property as much as you do. Desperately seeking a flat
I had a great experience with Lenwell. Kieron was very efficient and was able to find me a suitable flat very quickly. It wasn't just about finding a property; he also built up a great rapport with my 2 girls and I. It was a first class service.

High quality service with great local knowledge
Lenwell manage our large portfolio of rental properties in Luton, Dunstable, Milton Keynes and Northampton. The level of service that they continue to provide has always been of the highest quality from their Letting Negotiators quickly finding suitable tenants for our properties through to their Property Managers who efficiently deal with inventories, inspections, any maintenance requests etc. The majority of our properties are based in Dunstable and therefore we deal regularly with Kieron who is the Lettings Manager at the Dunstable Branch. Kieron is always prepared to go the extra mile when we deal with him and this extends to him offering advice on potential local purchases or development opportunities that may arise. Certainly takes pressure of myself, knowing that our rental properties are in safe hands.
