Amazing Service

We purchased a house via Robinsons and I can not rate them enough. In what was a really difficult and lengthy chain Michael kept us up dated and fully informed when our own estate agent didn't. He went above and beyond what he needed to be done for us and chased matters through the chain and nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend Robinsons in a heartbeat

Good Apart from the Solicitors

Took longer than we wanted but this was down to the Solicitors JS Law who delayed things by losing important documents etc. The estate agents were a pleasure to deal with.

Poor service no responses

I have rented with robinsons for just over two years always struggled with getting problems with the property sorted without a long wait for it to happen , I left the property in January and the service I received was poor and I was spoken to very rudely when I questioned why I was still waiting for my deposit I would ring and email with no response from any one just rudely ignored the contract stated all refunds must be refunded in 10 days but I was made to wait a month before I received it and the company took more out of my deposit than what was agreed in an email when I pointed out they can not charge me for a renewed contract as I did not renew a contract I left ,the company chose to just ignore me and took the money any way very quick to take your money and provide service but when it comes to them returning it it was awful i have read many reviews from people who have experienced the same problem but of corse robinsons only chose to show the good reviews on their website I have rented properties for ten years and I can honestly say this was the worst company I have had to deal with
