Very professional and quick to respond. Imaan and Louisa made my journey of finding a first rental home in London delightful. They got rid of all stress and hassle that comes when you are moving in from a different country. Flat was ready by the time I landed in London and I got the keys on the same day. They responded to all of my concerns within hours and quite emphatic. They have set the bar so high, I doubt if someone can match it in future. Keep up the great work. Thanks a ton.

I rent a property through Benjamin Stevens and have found it very easy to deal with them. The staff are very helpful. I mainly deal with Imaan and Louisa, and they are both very helpful, deal with any queries efficiently and have always manged to solves any issues I have had. I am a satisfied renter! Melis Very poor customer service and she don't keep her promise. I don't recommend anyone to use Benjamin Stevens services as they unreliable..

renters beware - property descriptions online didn't match the actual property, inaccurate property descriptions in my experience , was absolutely waste of time
