1st class company, 5 star professionalism
I'm so glad I chose this independent North London estate agent to sell my flat. What you don't get from Gracechurch is the marketing campaigns and advertising budget associated with the larger property groups. What you get instead is a personalised and professional service at an extremely competitive rate with excellent attention to detail. From the start Tom and Ali took care of everything - I never had to make one phone call or chase anything up. Gracechurch really know the local housing market and I accepted an offer on my property approximately one week after Tom came round to view it. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking to sell their property. It can be a stressful thing to move home and having a good estate agent is a big peace of mind.

Exceptional service
So glad I chose Gracechurch Property Services to sell my property through. Tom was exceptional. He coordinated everything perfectly, taking all the stress out of my hands and definitely going above and beyond - thank you so much! Excellent, friendly and thoroughly professional service...
Tom and his team made the whole selling process stress free from the outset, I was kept informed at every stage... and they obtained a good price for the property. I would definitely recommend Gracechurch, thanks chaps!
