I like the fact that the people in the Enfield office are the ones who actually go out and conduct the property inspections, and write the reports. I know that my properties are in safe hands. They also use local tradesmen whom they have a long established relationship with. Nadia has been extremely helpful, and even offered to meet me at one property on her day off, as I live a long way away and she wanted to help me. She also provided me with reliable local contacts who have refurbished one of my properties to a high standard in a turnaround of two weeks. All paperwork such as contracts, terms of business etc are dealt with swiftly and efficiently. I am very happy with the service that I have received so far and would recommend them.

Richard Oughton provided excellent advice about the correct manner to present the property for sale and with his very go-ahead attitude found a buyer almost immediately and at the price we wanted.
