Spoke to someone named jay or james on the phone from the lettings department as I needed some advice, he was very very helpful and made time for my query unlike other agents I have spoken to lately, I have not rented a property just yet, but I will always recommend and in the future rent. But I cannot express how helpful and informative he was, thanks again!!

I went in and saw Zara the mortgage advisor for my remortgage service. I was not sure if she would be able to help me, as I had a CCJ on my credit file, however Zara was able to source a mortgage company who was able to accept me. She has been organised, prompt and communicated very well throughout the process and was able to help me when I needed help. I recommend Zara for your mortgage needs, and I will surely be using her again for my future mortgage needs. Thank you Zara.

I have used kings letting for the last 6 plus years for my flat My last tenant left due to rent arrears Robyn went above and beyond to keep me updated With the new process for my new tentants. Every process of contracts etc very prompt answered all my questions. I also dealt with James Cecil.from the enfield branch James in person dealt brilliantly with getting a super quick turn around 1week Getting my new tenants in.got contractors in to paint and clear out old stuff out.
