I have used Kings a couple of times in the past for letting a property and this time used them for a sale of a property. Georgia was very helpful upon my initial contact and she has good negotiation skills which led me to use Kings. Isaacs Rose the manager was my main point of contact and I found him to be attentive and professional with a good understanding of my needs. His team members also kept me regularly updated and I can say I have been happy with their service and would recommend Kings to those looking to both let and sell their property. Though not successful at this stage in selling the property, I appreciate the help given by Kings Enfield Town and have given this review as to my opinion on their services.

I have rented from them in past, and they were terrible. They promised a professionaly cleaning of the carpets before we entered the house, however this was done after we were inside for 2 months. When we left they claimed the cleaning on our deposit. On top of that they tried to claim several other issues as if it was our fault. Luckily we found picture of older ads of the flat with the problems already there. I will never buy or rent from them again.

this Estate agent threatened us by sending an evicted letter, now they have regretted it and still don’t want to renew the tenancy agreement. We really need help. Any suggestions? Is this allowed for them to act like this? Where can I rise my issue. I already notified Enfield Council and they said they will take an action against them. The most worst estate agents I’ve ever had.

AVOID !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Trying to sell my property with them and they are terrible . Do not be fooled by the confident approach . Went with them as they offered lower commission 0.75% compared to competitors and I regret immensely !!!! Lack of experience , no knowledge of area , time wasting viewings just to look good .

I don't know how they still operate, all staff are new, no experience, they just waiting for buyer to call asking about my property they had no evidence on trying to sell my property except for sending random emails to everyone on their record on the hope someone will call back, I have passed their office few times and notice they all swinging on their chairs like kings but no one seems making sales calls.
