We have two properties with them. Staff all good but Madeline is exceptional, professional and very helpful at finding the right tenants. Fees are very competitive. Would definitely recommend their services on our experience so far.

Martin & Co Exeter have let our student property in Exeter for the last two years and then helped us sell it this year. Immediately on taking over management they suggested that we put the rent up, which they believed was behind market values, leading to a fantastic increase in yield. Their management has been responsive and they have worked hard to ensure that both we and the tenants are kept informed of the progress of any works.
