We bought our flat at Isca Place through Martin & Co seven years ago and have used them for letting the flat for that period. We have just used them to sell the flat which completed on 6 July 2023. Martin & Co Exeter manage 2 properties for us and we can't recommend them highly enough. The staff are excellent, especially Alice who has always been brilliant, they respond very quickly to any queries and manage any issues/maintenance in a very efficient manner.
