Our appartment has been under a fully managed service by WG and we have no complaints. WG have a good team who communicate accurately and frequently keeping us informed of any issues that arise and importantly offer solutions. Finding suitable tenants has proved a WG strength and as a consequence we have enjoyed trouble free letting. We have no intention of changing our agent and would recommend WG to prospective landlords.

Shower Maintenance

Issue with the shower stopped working over weekend, engineer sent out at earliest availability and fixed within half an hour. Good communication from Lettings agent and issue resolved quickly.

We came into contact with Wilkinson Grant as tenants. They made the process of renting very easy and understandable to us as we were first time renters, for a 2 year period, with a temporary job connected house move. The staff had good local knowledge and handled all our queries with speed and efficiency. When we left the property, again all the paperwork and inspections were undertaken in a swift and professional manner, from staff with whom we were on first name terms with.
