Liam at Martin and co has been so helpful every step of the way for me and my friends renting a house together. Any questions we had he explained simply for us to understand and responded to our emails very fast. Honestly he has been such a help and wouldn't of been able to rent without him.

I rented my first property with Martin & Co, Falmouth, almost seven years ago, close to this date, and I couldn’t speak more highly of them. Their professionalism, hospitality and dedication to providing 1st class customer service has made living in one of their properties feel like a dream. My tenancy, prior to this one with Martin & Co, was fraught with much contention and moving out felt like it was going to be an absolute nightmare, and it could have been, but they did so much to assuage any worries, that had arisen during that perilous move, that it made moving an absolute joy. Any problems, we have had with the property, have been dealt with, in a graceful manner, by our amazing property manager, Ann Beskeen, a true star, who has a gift for dealing with issues in a resourceful pragmatic manner, by keeping things simple for us, and circumventing any problems that wouldn’t lead to the best possible outcome for both parties. This perspicacity can be said of any of the team at Martin & Co, Falmouth, as any enquiries, any correspondence between myself and them, has always been polite, tactful, and free from any perturbation. Even though I have enjoyed my many years as their tenant, due to my age, as I am over 60, I will now sadly be leaving my current abode for an over 60’s property. And, while I was dreading the thought of severing ties and the penalties, which could arise by resigning my tenancy at the property, I can state, happily, that due the generosity of my landlord, and with the hard work of diligent team member Rebecca T. Hewson, who corresponded with my landlord, my fears have now been placed in abeyance. As the old saying goes, “Home is where the heart is”, well, if your are looking for a company who places this ideal, above everything else, as the first priority for their customers, then you won’t find a better place rest your head than in a property of Martin & Co, Falmouth.

Edward was an amazing property manager. He kept on top of issues and was always updating me which made me and my partner feel very secure with the home. Being a student in a rental property you can often feel like a nuisance or that your complaints are never taken seriously but Ed was always on top of it and kind and fought for what we needed. I highly recommend Martin and Co and Ed as a property manager.
