This is the first time I chose to rent from Martin & Co despite being in Falmouth for the past 3 years. My experience with the staff compared to other similar companies was amazing. Every single email or telephone call was handled with friendliness and extremely quick responses. Joanne was the agent who handled my enquiry at the very beginning with nothing but professionalism, quick responses and results. After that Beth took over the second part of the process which was also handled very fast and efficiently with a lot of help. Although I had some problems during the process they were solved almost immediately by the staff. Overall a great and quick experience. Update: After a year with Martin & Co I am still just as happy with the service provided even though my tenancy is about to end. Ruby and Sarah, the 2 agents responsible for handling my tenancy have always been extremely responsive and have dealt with any enquiry or problems I have had very quickly. Very helpful and friendly agency and made our experience of finding a new home easy and stress free. Liam Jefferies in particular was very helpful and welcoming when showing us around for a viewing.

Brilliant service... if you're looking to rent these guys actually care and are invested in helping people find the home they're looking for... In particular, Liam really worked hard to help us and responded quickly to our inquiry. Not only that but he personally followed up with information about new properties.
