My family and I had a specific requirement in terms of our property need and had no expectation that anything would become available; Will however took the time to understand our needs and provided us information on a property that wasn't even on the market yet, he organised us an off-the-market viewing and it ticked every box we were looking for and more. Arranged a viewing which was done promptly and professionally. Meeting the Lettings Negotiator at the property (Danielle Mankee), I was given a comprehensive tour of the house and my questions answered. There was no rush and I was given time to explore and consider. Following the tour we sat down and chatted regarding the conditions of letting. Additional questions, post viewing, have been answered, in all a thoroughly professional service from both employee and company and I would recommend to others looking to rent in the area.
