Everything went smoothly for me because Rob dealt with any minor issues promptly and always seemed one step ahead. When he transfered to the Feltham branch he continued to monitor things until the tenant moved in, great service! I have also been very happy with the new lettings team at Staines and would happily use them for future lets.

Since I left the UK in 2015 I haven't had to return to the UK to deal with an issue such has been the standard of management and support provided by the team. I've been letting a property with The Frost Partnership in Feltham for over five years now and strongly recommend them to other Landlords, as I continue to be very impressed with their level of professionalism and service received. Within the first few minutes of meeting Sebastian, (Lettings Manager), it was clear I was talking with a highly knowledgeable and competent person; I knew that I need look no further, he had give me all the information I needed. A suitable tenant was then quickly found and all necessary referencing and documentation completed promptly. Sine letting commenced, all members of staff have been polite and helpful and I've always been given sound advice; any issues raised by Tenants have been resolved to our mutual satisfaction. The continued success of this letting is important to me and I have peace of mind knowing that my property is in safe hands with these people.

Recently let Flat in Feltham, through The Frost Partnership - and service cant get better! It was let in one day and then everything was handled by them, including minor repairs, stopcock change, decorations and final clean ready for occupation.. Full marks to Sebastien Rodriguez and Max Etheridge, who advised on the letting, and stayed involved throughout, together with Lisa-Marie Beckley and Julia Horwood, who handled the legal documentation, tenant queries and other issues, A marvellous team-effort!

Thank you so much to the staff at Windsor. Nicola and Chris are always so helpful but particular kudos to Denise for her patience and great communication during a very frustrating sale. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again (although I’m not moving again in a hurry!!
