I have spoken to Sebastian after having to evict the nightmare tenants and unhelpful estate agent whom I suffered with...He was very helpful from the beginning and guided me through the whole process also helped me to get the property back in to the right standard.He responded to my phone call while he was on holiday as well and introduced me to Rob who is his team member. I have to say Rob is also an amazing member of the team who is very well mannered and helpful. Both have updated me through the process on daily basis so I never had a chance to chase them 😉. I have to say that I'm really happy with the whole experience with them and service I got so far was great. They are good team with great work. I recommend them for real .
