Efficient and proactive
MG were great helping to purchase our new home, from the moment of viewing the property right up to completion. We received honest advice from MG on our second viewing of the property which is what actually convinced us to put forward an offer. Thank you once again for all your time and effort.

Communication was top notch
The Sales team at Martyn Gerard were very professional. They sold us our property in 2006 and we were very impressed, so wanted to continue the relationship and sell our house with them when we decided to move this year. We were not disappointed. They worked together as a strong team to show buyers our property and we ended up with 2 offers within 10 days. We accepted an offer from Marlon Brown's buyers and throughout the process, he was professional and calm to all parties and made sure that everyone was communicated to throughout. A slick and professional company, with a can do attitude.

Very poor
Not impressed. We were selling our property and they were not very good. The agents were very poor quality and did not know anything about property. We have a large immaculate property. We have been approached by another agency so we are ending things with Martyn Gerrard and going with the new agent.
