Sold in less than a week - thanks to "Super Sophie"
we had our property on the market for 3 months with another agent with no luck, then we switched to Martyn Gerrard and got an offer we were happy with within 1 week ! I think Martyn Gerrard has the profile, and local coverage to be the best in this area (N3) Also I can't fault the service we received from Sophie Henry, Great communication and professional throughout the process. Very good service
We've been dealing with Marlon who has been an excellent agent. He has been easily contactable throughout and worked closely and fairly with us and the seller to resolve any issues and ensure a smooth purchase. Would recommend.

Very professional, courteous and friendly
Marlon helped my wife and I to to buy a flat in Finchley area. He understood our needs very well and he communicated our position to the seller in the most professional manner. While he gave us enough space to take our actions, he was in contact with and chased everyone professionally including the seller, solicitors and the surveyor and kept everyone up to date. This really helped the process to go smoothly and swiftly. Even after a couple of weeks of us buying the flat, Marlon has been helping us with some of the questions we missed at the time of the purchase. We definitely recommend him as a professional and courteous agent and we will hopefully get his assistance for our next move.

Brilliant service
Rayan went out of his way to ensure that I was well informed of all steps and negotiations leading up to securing my tenancy. He made me feel like my needs and requirements were his priority. His client care skills are second to none and he was never arrogant or belittling as I have experienced with some agents in the past. He was fair and balanced between all parties which helped achieve successful negotiations. I would highly recommend Rayan and will be looking to approach him again in the future.

Wonderful Estate Agent

Professional and courteous throughout
Estate agents don't tend to get a good press but Marlon Brown at MG Finchley Central is a gem. Marlon was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was straightforward, communicative, courteous, helpful and professional throughout a sometimes fraught process leading to exchange. I would certainly use him again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to family and friends.
