My elderly mum rents from Ellis & Co Finchley branch and has been a tenant now for 12 years. I have often liaised on her behalf with Nicki and other members of the team and each time the experience has been a pleasant one. Nicki Loizou is one of the most efficient and proactive lettings managers I have worked with. We have a portfolio of residential properties with a variety of agents and I would rate Nicki as one of the best around. She provides a personal service (far too many agents are trying to do too much online) and she really gets things done and isn't afraid of dealing with problems when they crop up.
