I let my flat through Frost in Staines. Rob Kimber was fantastic, he kept me informed every step of the way. Everything went smoothly for me because Rob dealt with any minor issues promptly and always seemed one step ahead. When he transfered to the Feltham branch he continued to monitor things until the tenant moved in, great service! I have also been very happy with the new lettings team at Staines and would happily use them for future lets.

Thank you so much to the staff at Windsor. Nicola and Chris are always so helpful but particular kudos to Denise for her patience and great communication during a very frustrating sale. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again (although I’m not moving again in a hurry!!

Just a big thank you to the staff at the Langley Branch especially to Colin White and Sinead McMahon for all their support and commitment over the last year. The service is excellent in this Branch I would thoroughly recommend them if you are letting a property or buying one.

There are not enough words to convey our thanks to Lee Henry, Alison Perchard and the team at Frosts Slough office. The friendly and personal service we received was beyond excellence and although we experienced a few bumps in the road the team pulled out all the stops to make sure our experience was very positive. We were kept informed every step of the way and we would have no hesitation using Frosts again. We also used their property letting department and again this was a first class experience and we were sorry we had not moved our property to them sooner.

I highly recommend The Frost Partnership in Chesham. I would like to personally thank Gemma Testa for all her help and assistance and being so caring whilst the purchase of my property went through. What a top lettings team at the Windsor branch! Lots of knowledge and professionalism. Quick at replying to queries, well organised, just a truly pleasant experience dealing with them.Very highly recommended should you need a property to be managed in the local area.
