In what felt like we were getting nowhere with solicitors, then we put a call into Steve at county properties. Who helped move things along with both the vendor and our solicitors. This support happened on several occasions. Especially after a month of inaction by the vendor. Towards the end he closed down the gaps and we are finally in. We couldn’t recommend Country Properties enough. They have truly been amazing. We were with another estate agent for a few months with no sale and then moved to Country Properties. Within weeks, our house was sold! They kept us up to date with everything and always picked up the phone when we had questions. As we moved back to Leicester before the sale completed, they made sure the house was okay by doing regular check ups (especially with the recent rainfall in Flitwick!) and making sure the house was fine for everyone’s pieces of mind.
