I always think it’s easy to write a good review when things go well. However, I believe it’s more meaningful and informative when things don’t go quite as well. Our transaction took 8 months to complete, so I feel well qualified to write this review. In short, Country Properties, Flitwick have surpassed even the highest standards and proved themselves to be a class leading estate agency. While our transaction threw up some surprising issues, Country Properties supported us at every step. They not only went beyond expectations to keep our purchase transaction together, but also kept our buyers informed at regular intervals to ensure the chain remained strong. Their experience in the local area doesn’t stop with property knowledge; they are also able to propose a choice of other specialist firms to work with from financing, conveyancing, surveyors and removals. Each of the firms we selected were excellent. To summarise, although the thought of our 8 month transaction may sound horrific, I honestly did not feel stressed at any stage - that is the level of trust and confidence we had in Duane and his team.
