Overall DDM performed well. Always available to talk through issues that arose as the sale progressed. They provided an honest valuation with good explanations of where the pricing bracket comes from in comparison across the area. They also did a lot of chasing on our behalf which we was very grateful for. As usual, it’s the solicitors that were poor which makes everyone’s job difficult. Very good. I had no problems at all. They where very helpful when we needed them to be. They always communicated well with us and kept us up-to-date with any information and was very reliable and quick to get stuff sorted. Would highly recommend ddm. And I would deffinatly use them in the future if needed.

We recently sold our house using DDM estate agents and also bought a property that was on the market with DDM! Great communication, friendly agents and great advice from start to finish! Would definitely recommend them if you are thinking of selling your house!

When I first found the house I was buying I found the service fantastic. Enthusiastic and helpful. I very much appreciated the weekly updates and understood when they got fewer and further between as nothing much was happening. However, towards the end of the purchase there was very little contact, emails went unanswered for long periods and in one case I had asked when the vendor wanted to exchange and by the time the answer came exchange had been arranged and was happening the following day. It was really disappointing as DDM had been very impressive until near the end.
