I found all the staff I spoke to in the Gainsborough branch very friendly and approachable. They were very helpful and efficient in dealing with my house purchase in some fairly difficult circumstances. I would recommend them.

Katie was absolutely brilliant the whole time, very friendly and professional! We we’re first time buyers and had lots of issues with our solicitors which Katie helped chase up regularly. We we’re kept up to date on a weekly basis and was always able to email or phone with any questions. Also spoke to a few others from the office over the phone and each time they were very helpful and friendly.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Katy, Natalie and the whole team at the Gainsborough branch were friendly but professional throughout. They gave regular updates with my sale and provided helpful assistance when needed. They also dealt with the sale of my partners house with a tight deadline to beat the stamp duty holiday deadline and despite the pressure, took it all in their stride to ensure all went through on time and as smoothly as possible. Cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend using them in future.
